Air Fryer Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
1-2 lbs. chicken wings (fresh or thawed)
2 T. of Thumbs Up Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Directions
Rinse chicken wings in cold water, then pat dry with paper towel.
Put wings into a sealable container (bag or bowl). Sprinkle a generous amount of Thumbs Up Jamaican Jerk Seasoning over the top of the wings (roughly 1-1/2 T.). Seal the container and shake well to coat all of the wings.
Spray air frying basket with oil to prevent sticking. Place wings into basket in a single layer so that they are not touching each other.
Set temperature to 360°F and set timer for 22 minutes. After 9 minutes, flip wings over, and sprinkle half of the remaining seasoning over top of them (roughly 1/4 T. or 3/4 tsp.). Cook for 9 more minutes before flipping again and use the remainder of the seasoning to sprinkle over the top of the wings. Increase temperature to 400°F and let cook for 4 more minutes. This will help crisp up the skin for a delicious texture.
Wings should be crisp and dark golden brown with an internal temperature no less than 165°F.
